1. Service Engagement
- Consultation: All projects begin with a discovery phase to define scope, timeline, and deliverables.
- Agreement: A signed Statement of Work (SOW) is required before any development or design work commences.
- Modifications: Changes to the project scope after the "Freeze Date" may incur additional charges and timeline extensions.
2. Intellectual Property (IP)
- Ownership: Upon final payment, the client retains full ownership of the final digital products (codebase, designs, logos).
- Usage Rights: We reserve the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a specific White-Label agreement is signed.
- Third-Party Assets: Any premium fonts, stock images, or plugins used remain the property of their respective owners and may require separate licensing by the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Timely Feedback: To maintain project schedules, clients must provide feedback on milestones within 3 business days.
- Content Provision: Clients are responsible for providing all copy, images, and brand assets unless content creation is explicitly included in the service package.
4. Professional Conduct
- Communication: Official project communication should occur through designated channels (Email, Slack, or Project Portals) to ensure accountability.
- Support Hours: Our standard support and development hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
5. Liability & Warranty
- Launch: While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for secondary damages, loss of profits, or third-party service outages (e.g., AWS, Google Ads) post-launch.
- Post-Launch Support: We provide a 30-day bug-fix period for all custom software and web development projects.
